How do you get the salary you deserve? Many internationals report being underpaid to their Swedish peers, despite being qualified, competent and skilled professionals. One reason is a lack of understanding of the Swedish salary system as well as a limited understanding of Swedish negotiation culture. In this course, I will help you to plan strategically for getting paid what you deserve in the long-term, through adapting the same tactics and techniques that your Swedish peers use.

I am not providing a miracle, quick-fix solution, but a way of building up a salary strategy for the long term, and the solution is probably not what you expect it to be, but after having completed this course, you will be able to steer the direction of your salary development in the right direction.
